What makes our apartment so unique is the spectacular view of the sea and coastline from the private terrace. Being on the terrace is as if you are in the sea and could pretty much jump in. Being on the terrace you’ll not want to miss having your breakfast, dinners and aperitivi with the view you’ll have of the sun rising and the spectacular sunsets. We are very centrally located, only a 2-minute walk away from the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and shops.

This centrally located apartment is composed of one room with a queen-sized bed, a fully stocked kitchen, a bathroom, and a private terrace overlooking the sea. There are both indoor and outdoor dining options. The room has an air conditioning unit, and amenities such as sheets, towels, a smart TV, a nespresso coffee machine and the regular Italian coffee maker, tea, the basics to make your breakfasts and dinners such as salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar and sugar and a hair dryer. A washing machine is available in the apartment. The apartment sleeps up to 2 people.

There are two entrances to the property. One from above, and one from below. If you are commuting by car, bus or shuttle, you will be arriving from above. Our address is: Via Trara Genoino 29a, Positano 84017.

If you are commuting via ferry, you will be arriving from below. The address is then: Via Positanesi d’America 6.

The apartment is located on a private stairway in a peaceful area of Positano. There are approximately 180 steps from the main road to the apartment and about 100 steps from the dock.
If you are traveling with a lot of luggage, there are porters you could hire to bring your suitcases to your front door. They typically charge around 15 Euro per suitcase.

Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm, check-out at 10am. For any check-ins later than 8pm., we ask that you confirm our availability before booking. There is also a 50 Euro fee to be paid in cash at check-in for arrivals after 8pm.
Also there is a 50 Euro cleaning fee to be paid in cash on arrival.
